Our product support team consists of talented achievers who support more than 50,000 firms. These professionals with a degree or work experience in accounting, information systems or general business combine technical proficiency and solid business skills to deliver excellent customer service.
Successful candidates are problem-solvers who thrive on a fast pace and who have a strong desire to help others. English/Spanish proficiency is a plus, as is experience with Thomson Reuters software; however, we train all employees on operating systems, applications, computer environment issues, and customer service techniques.
Support team members initially help customers with questions about installation and setup, specialized customer configurations, and technical troubleshooting.
