Client Contact and Interactions
Using Mobile CS, you can quickly look up client contact information including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and even maps. You can access a log of client interactions to see who at the office has been talking with your client. And in the details for that specific client you can see account activity, track projects, and view WIP/AR.
Mobile CS gives you the ability to enter time and expenses on the go, track mileage in real time using iPhone or Android GPS (or calculate the distance via map after the fact), track receipts by linking receipt photos to expense entries in Practice CS, and time outgoing calls made on your iPhone or Android. All this data flows into Practice CS to help you capture the most billable time possible.
