Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Use the Rapid tab to enter hours and amounts in a multi-employee view. This view allows quick data entry for groups of employees and for employees working in multiple locations and departments.

Choose Actions > Enter Batch Handwritten Payroll Checks and then click the Rapid tab.

Fields & buttons

Rapid tab grid. In this grid, the records are grouped by employee and the columns are populated with any pay items that are active for at least one employee included in the batch and any taxes that are active with the selected client. You can modify hours and amounts on the Rapid tab prior to entering the batch.

Employees are listed in the grid on a separate line for each location/department combination that is marked as active for them on the Main tab of the Setup > Employees screen.

Note that you can update more detailed information on the Detail tab.

Note: You can adjust the default employee sort order in the Options dialog.
