Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

When running the application in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, use the following steps to copy files or folders from a specific location on the Virtual Office CS or SaaS server.

  1. Choose File > Copy Files. Show me
    Copy Files dialog
  2. In the File type field, select the file type to copy from the server.
  3. Click the Browse button next to the File(s) to copy field. In the Open dialog, search for and highlight the folder or file to copy, and then click the Open button.
  4. Click the Browse button next to the Copy to field to specify the location to save the copied files. You can create a new folder or select an existing folder from the tree view.
  5. Click OK to close the Browse For Folder dialog.
  6. Click OK in the Copy Files dialog to copy the files.
