Use the Security tab to assign staff members who use Accounting CS Client Access in the client's office to the appropriate client security groups, enabling access to only those areas of the application that are selected for that group. You can define privileges for each security group in the Setup > Firm Information > Client Security Groups screen.

Choose Setup > Firm Information > Client Staff and click the Security tab.

Fields & buttons

Select a staff ID to specify appropriate security groups for that staff member.

Mark or clear the checkboxes to include or exclude the selected staff from the security groups.

View the privileges that have been assigned to the security group for each of the available tabs. You cannot modify the settings in these tabs. You can modify the privilege selections for a security group in the Setup > Firm Information > Client Security Groups screen.
