Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

For a local or network installation only

  1. Start Accounting CS and then choose File > CS Connect.
  2. Click the Connect Setup button.
  3. Click the Proxy Settings button.
  4. Mark the Use Proxy Server checkbox.
  5. Click the Manually configure proxy server option and enter the HTTP proxy address and port number for your network's proxy server, or click the Use Windows settings option. (You can view the proxy address and port number for your network's proxy server by opening Internet Explorer and choosing Tools > Internet Options, clicking the Connections tab, and then clicking the LAN Settings button.)
  6. If your proxy application requires server authentication, mark the Proxy Authentication checkbox in the Proxy Setup dialog, and enter the appropriate user name and password.
  7. Click OK twice, and then click Close.
