If you receive the following error message, complete the steps below.

Accounting CS will not close because DataSource.xml was not found. Please verify that C:\WinCSI\AccountingCS\...\Accounting CS Data/DataSource.xml exists and is accessible. 

If this is not the correct location of DataSource.xml you may change the location by uninstalling Accounting CS Shared Files from the computer it was installed from and install it again; see the Accounting CS Installation Instructions. You may also be able to resolve this problem by changing the AppDataPath setting of NetworkInstallation.iniAccounting CS does not open and the following error message is displayed:

To resolve this error, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the computer/server where Accounting CS was installed.
2. Open the Windows Control Panel, and choose Add/Remove Programs.
3. Uninstall the Accounting CS Shared Files.
4. Run the Accounting CS installation and perform steps 1 and 2 of the installation. See Step 1 and Step 2 section of the Installation Toolkit for instructions.
5. Once both steps are complete, click Exit to close the installation wizard, and try to open Accounting CS.
