Report Designer: Filing Instructions variables

The Report Designer Filing Instructions variables display information on reports about the current payroll form(s) being processed. The following table lists all of the currently available variables, what they output, and where the information is retrieved from within the application.

Workpapers CS Users: This section of variables is visible in the Design Tools frame in the Report Designer, but will not output any information. If any of these variables are inserted, the report or other document will display as "This report contains no data."

Filing Instructions

Amount Due The amount due from the current form being processed Amount [FilingInstructions.AmountDue]
Collation Name The form name for the current form being processed Text [FilingInstructions.CollationName]
Due Date The due date for the current form being processed Date [FilingInstructions.DueDate]
Filing Method The filing method of the current form being processed Text [FilingInstructions.FilingMethod]
Payee Name The payee name for the current form being processed Text [FilingInstructions.PayeeName]
Penalty/Interest Due The penalty and/or interest due from the current form being processed Amount [FilingInstructions.PenaltyInterestDue]
Period End Date The period end date for the current form being processed Date [FilingInstructions.PeriodEndDate]
Signature Required Outputs based on the signature required policy of the current form being processed Yes/no [FilingInstructions.SignatureRequired]
Tax Agent Name The tax agent name for the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.TaxAgentName]

Agency Mailing Address Line 1 and Line 2 The first and second lines of the mailing address for the tax agent of the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.AgencyAddress.Mailing.AddressLine1andAddressLine2]
Agency Mailing Address Line 2 The second line of the mailing address for the tax agent of the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.AgencyAddress.Mailing.AddressLine2]
Agency Mailing Address City The city of the mailing address for the tax agent of the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.AgencyAddress.Mailing.City]
Agency Mailing Address City, State and Zip The city, state, and zip code of the mailing address for the tax agent of the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.AgencyAddress.Mailing.CityStateandZip]
Agency Mailing Address Complete The complete mailing address for the tax agent of the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.AgencyAddress.Mailing.CompleteAddress]
Agency Mailing Address Complete (Single line) The complete mailing address on a single line for the tax agent of the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.AgencyAddress.Mailing.CompleteAddressSingleLine]
Agency Mailing Address State (abbreviation) The state abbreviation of the mailing address for the tax agent of the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.AgencyAddress.Mailing.State]
Agency Mailing Address State (full name) The state name of the mailing address for the tax agent of the current form being processed from Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents Text [FilingInstructions.AgencyAddress.Mailing.StateName]
