Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

A zipped (compressed) file can be transferred to another computer more quickly than uncompressed files. To zip (compress) a file or folder:

  1. Locate the file that you want to upload.
  2. Press and hold (or right-click) the file, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder.

A new zipped file folder with the same name is created in the same location.

Uploading Data to Secure Data Exchange

To upload the prepared data, follow these steps:

  1. In your web browser, navigate to http://cs.thomsonretuers.com/myaccount.
  2. Login to the website. Show screen

  3. In the Private Communication Portal section, click the Click here link. Show screen

  4. Click Browse. Show screen

    Upload file

  5. Navigate to and select the compressed file folder you wish to upload.
  6. Once the file has been selected, click Upload. The file will now be listed under the Uploaded Files section.

Do not mark Exchange Complete, as this will close the exchange and delete all data.
