The Philadelphia Department of Revenue accepts EFT Debit and EFT Credit payments of withholding taxes.

Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is mandatory for all payments.

How to apply

The Philadelphia Department of Revenue requires all EFT users to apply for approval before submitting tax payment files.

For more information about making EFT payments, please visit the Philadelphia Department of Revenue website, hover your mouse over the Payment Options menu, and then click the Tax Payments link.

Payment and other information

Form Philadelphia_WageTaxCoupon is still required on the regular due date for the particular tax period being paid, even if you are paying Philadelphia withholding via EFT.
