Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

This procedure is necessary only if you are transmitting direct deposit files using InterceptEFT.

Disclaimer: InterceptEFT is an unaffiliated third party that some of our customers have engaged to provide direct deposit, tax payments, ACH processing, or credit card merchant services.

Once you have established service and an account with InterceptEFT, they will provide you with the information you will need to enter in this dialog. You will need to enter this information only once, and it must be entered prior to transmitting any files to InterceptEFT.

  1. Choose Actions > Process Direct Deposit.
  2. Click the Transmission Information button to open the Transmission Information dialog.
  3. Enter the information provided to you by InterceptEFT.
  4. Click OK to save the information and close the Transmission Information dialog.
