Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The Idaho Department of Labor accepts EFT Debit and EFT Credit payments of unemployment taxes.

How to apply

For more information about making EFT payments and to obtain authorization forms, please visit the Idaho Department of Labor website and navigate to the Unemployment Insurance > UI Taxes page.

Payment and other information

Payments made by ACH/EFT must be in the State Treasurer's bank account on or before the due date unless the payment due date falls on a weekend or legal holiday. In those instances, the payment is due the next business day. Please allow at least 30 days prior to the first payment due date for initial set-up and approval.
