Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The South Carolina Employment Security Commission accepts EFT Credit payments of unemployment taxes.

How to apply

The South Carolina Employment Security Commission requires all EFT users to apply for approval prior to submitting tax payment files.

For more information about making EFT payments and to obtain the agreement form, please visit the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce website and navigate to the Employers > Online Services > Submitting Contribution Payments by Credit ACH page.

Payment and other information

Payments are due by the regular due dates for the particular tax period, even if you're paying via EFT.
