Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The Indiana Department of Revenue accepts EFT Debit and EFT Credit payments of withholding taxes.

How to apply

The Indiana Department of Taxation requires all EFT users to submit an EFT Authorization Agreement Form EFT-1 to the department. Form EFT-1 is available on the Indiana Department of Revenue website under Electronic Filing Publications. Please read the instructions on the back of Form EFT-1 to ensure the form is completed in its entirety. Once Form EFT-1 has been processed, you will be sent a registration confirmation letter.

Payment and other information

All businesses submitting payments via EFT, as required or voluntarily, must send payments by the due dates associated with the filing status assigned by the department. All tax returns are required on the regular due date for the particular tax period being paid, even if you are paying via EFT.
