Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR) accepts EFT Debit and EFT Credit payments of withholding taxes.

Any business taxpayer registered with Massachusetts DOR is eligible to remit their withholding taxes via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

How to apply

The Massachusetts Department of Revenue requires all EFT users to apply for approval before submitting tax payment files.

For more information about applying for approval and making EFT payments to the State of Massachusetts', please visit the Massachusetts Department of Revenue website and navigate to the Tax Filing Options link in the Filing and Reporting section of the For Businesses page.

Payment and other information

Taxpayers should file their returns and/or make payments even if they have initiated a credit payment.
