Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The Montana Department of Revenue accepts EFT Credit and EFT Debit payments of withholding taxes.

Participation in Montana's Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program is voluntary.

How to apply

The Montana Department of Revenue requires all EFT users to apply for approval before submitting tax payment files.

For more information and to obtain the appropriate form, please visit the Montana Department of Revenue website and navigate to the For Business > Electronic Filing page.

Payment and other information

Payments are required on the regular due dates for the particular tax period being paid, even if you are paying via EFT.
