For payroll compliance (annually licensed)

Use the filtering fields to select the payroll tax reconciliation forms that you want to process.

  1. In the Actions > Process Payroll Tax Forms screen, select Reconciliation from the Form Type drop-down list.
  2. Select the frequency of the forms that you want to process - Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, and then the Month, Quarter, and Year as appropriate.
  3. To process only forms that have not yet been processed, select Not Processed from the Status drop-down list.

Note: You can filter down to a very specific group of forms using the many filtering fields available. For more detailed filtering options and some examples of how they can be used, refer to Filtering data in the Process Payroll Tax Forms screen
