The Reports list frame displays the list of all reports available for the selected client. This includes the predefined standard reports, financial statements, and letters, as well as any custom reports and documents created or modified in the Report Designer.

At the bottom of the Reports List frame, there are three buttons (Reports, Financial Statements, and Letters). You can click each one to view the available documents in a folder-tree display. Based on the services for which you are licensed and have activated, you can see some or all of the following folders in the Reports section of the Reports List frame.


Click the plus sign next to a folder to display the reports in that folder, and then double-click the report, financial statement, or letter to open. The application opens the report in the design grid, where you can then modify it to suit your needs.
