Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Use the Replacement Files dialog to create replacement files for Forms 1094-C and 1095-C.

Choose Actions > Process Internet/Magnetic Files, click the Manage Files button, and then click the Ellipsis ellipsis button button next to the file you need to replace.

Fields & buttons

Original receipt ID number. Enter the receipt ID, formatted exactly as it was provided to you by the IRS in the Transmission Status Details.

Create File. Click this button to create the replacement files.


  • The Create File button is disabled until you enter a receipt ID and press the TAB key.
  • The application creates replacement files in the /12-31-yy/US/Replacement Files/ folder in the file location specified at the bottom of the Manage Files dialog.
