Deposit Schedule dialog

Alerts and notices

The Deposit Schedule dialog provides you with the flexibility to schedule the effective date on which to change the deposit schedule for your client's state withholding. You can update the deposit schedule in either the client record or the vendor record - the two will stay synchronized.

Note: If there is only one possible deposit schedule for your client's state withholding, there will be no option to open the Deposit Schedule dialog from that vendor record.

Choose Setup > Clients, click the Payroll Taxes tab, and then click the Ellipsis Ellipsis button button next to the Deposit schedule field.

Choose Setup > Vendors, click the Agent tab, and, click the Ellipsis Ellipsis button button next to the Deposit Schedule field. (There is an Ellipsis button only if the vendor is associated with a state income tax with more than one possible deposit schedule.)
