Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

The Other Email Addresses dialog is part of the Payroll Alerts and Notifications feature. Enter email addresses here for any additional stakeholders that should receive email notifications related to the selected condition.

Email notifications are available only for firms running the application via the Virtual Office environment.

Choose Setup > Firm Information > Firm, click the Payroll Alerts tab, and then click the Ellipsis button next to the Other column.

Fields & buttons

Email grid. Enter the email addresses for any number of additional stakeholders. When the Other checkbox is marked for a specific condition in the Payroll Alerts tab, all of the email recipients listed in this grid will receive an email when the condition is met.
