Use the Manage Workers' Compensation files to preview or recreate processed Workers' Compensation files and to view acknowledgement file details.

Choose Actions > Process Workers' Compensation Files > InsurePay and click the Manage InsurePay Files button, or

Choose Actions > Process Workers' Compensation Files > XactPAY and click the Manage XactPAY Files button.

Fields & buttons

  • Payroll tab. This tab lists all processed Workers' Compensation payroll files. Columns include the Client ID, Client Name, # of Employees, Gross Pay, Check Date, and Status. Mark the checkbox next to a file to select it.
  • Setup tab. This tab lists all client Workers' Compensation setup files previously sent. Columns include Client ID, Client Name, # of Employees, Seasonal Business, Seasonal Explanation, # of Payrolls, and Status. Mark the checkbox next to a file to select it.
  • Consent tab. This tab lists all Workers' Compensation consent files and displays the Date of Consent and the Time of Download for each file.
  • Status detail Ellipsis button buttons. Click the Status detail buttons next to a payroll file to open the Payroll Transmission Detail dialog, where you can view the date and status of the acknowledgement file. (This option is available only for InsurePay files and not for XactPay files.)
  • Preview Selected button. Click this button to preview the files you have selected.
  • Recreate button. Click this button to recreate the files you have selected.
