After dragging and dropping a workpaper or email message into the Engagement Binders Tree portlet, the Workpaper Properties dialog opens automatically. You can use the dialog to specify the location in the engagement in which to place the item, enter a reference and name, specify a roll forward treatment, assign a staff, and choose to delete the workpaper or email message when the engagement is ready to be finalized.

In Windows Explorer or Microsoft Outlook, highlight a workpaper or email message, drag it to the Engagement Binders Tree portlet, and drop it in the appropriate briefcase or folder.
