Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

For licensed users of Accounting CS Workpapers

Adding a scanned workpaper

Appending a scanned image to an existing workpaper

  6. Click the Finish button in the Workpaper Properties screen to append the scanned image to the selected workpaper.

Notes

  • All scanned workpapers are created as a PDF and can be edited in the PDF editor as needed.
  • For specific information about the operation of your scanner or device, please refer to the user manual.
  • To help you achieve the best quality and minimize file size (DPI is the document's resolution), we recommend that you scan documents at 400 DPI, black and white (also known as binary, text, and monochrome). If you must scan in color or grayscale, set the resolution to no greater than 300 DPI, otherwise you may produce file sizes in excess of 1 megabyte per page. For scanning and OCR recommendations, see Best practices for Source Document Processing.
