Setting up payable and credit memo transaction templates

Accounting CS enables you to create templates for payable and credit memo transactions in the Setup > Payable Templates screen. You can set up these templates to create transactions on an as-needed basis (on demand) or on a specific schedule. The Payable Templates screen offers two ways to set up AP transaction templates.

  • Use the Rapid tab to quickly set up templates in a grid view.
  • Use the Detail tab to enter detailed template information and to set up scheduled templates.
