  1. Choose File > Print Reports.
  2. In the Print Reports screen, double-click a report to add it to the Selected Reports list and specify the desired print options for that report.
  3. Continue selecting reports and specifying options and/or selecting report profiles to include.
  4. Click the Print Selected button to open the Print dialog, where you can choose to print the report or export it to a relevant application or file type.
    • Printer. Select a printer and choose a number of printing options, including the number of copies to print, page range, and page-numbering options.
    • FileCabinet CS. Export to FileCabinet CS (when you are licensed for the application and have it installed). Specify the location to which the reports will be exported and optionally choose to send the reports to NetClient CS Documentation Presentation.
    • Engagement CS. Export to Engagement CS (when you are licensed for the application and have it installed).
    • File. Export the reports to one of the following file types. Select the appropriate type and then specify the location in which you want to save the file.
      • Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf)
      • HTML (*.html)
      • Rich Text Format (*.rtf)
      • Text File (*.txt)
      • Tagged Image File (*.tif)
      • Microsoft Excel (*.xls)

Note: To print reports for multiple clients, select Client ID or Client Name from the Filter by drop-down list in the Client tab of the Filtering and Sorting section, select is in the list from the Method drop-down list, and then click the Ellipsis button button next to the Selected field to open the Multiple Selection dialog. Select the appropriate clients from the list and click OK to print report data for those selected clients only.
