Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

Before you transfer client data to CSA, you must first retrieve the client data from CBS, review all notes from the client, and then address and delete each note.

Choose Tasks > Transfer to CSA or click the Transfer to CSA button button to send the transactions to CSA.
