Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Trial Balance CS

  1. Choose Tasks > Trial Balance.
  2. Choose Edit > View Maintenance.
  3. In the View Maintenance dialog, highlight the view description you wish to modify and then click the Edit button.
  4. Highlight Budget in the Columns Available pane and click the Select button to move it to the Columns Selected pane.
  5. Click the Enter button to save the change, and then click the Done button to return to the Trial Balance window. The Budget column now appears in the Trial Balance window.
