A report profile is a feature that can save you time if you need to repeatedly print the same set of forms or reports for the client. It lets you pre-define the specific reports you will want, in the exact collation sequence, and with the specific print options that you choose (such as which employees are to be included and in what sort order).

To create a report profile, choose Print from the File menu. In the Print dialog, select the reports you want to include, choose the desired print options for each report, and then click the Profile button to name the profile and save it for the open client.

Later, when selecting reports to print, you can select a report profile as if it were a single report.

Note: Profiles are client-specific.
