Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. GoFileRoom is an integrated document managment, workflow, and scanning solution from Thomson Reuters. It is a web-based system that enables quick storage of document in digital format - plus automatic indexing for quick and easy retrieval of stored documents at any time.

For licensed users of GoFileRoom

To enable automatic index mapping when sending CSA reports, payroll tax forms and checks, or engagements from CSA to GoFileRoom, open the CSA main window choose Setup > System Configuration > GoFileRoom Index Mapping.

To store PDF images of selected reports or payroll tax forms and checks in GoFileRoom, mark the Store image in checkbox on the print dialog, select GoFileRoom from that drop-down list for that field, and then click the GoFileRoom button.
