  • Printer. To print the selected checks on the designated printer, mark the Printer checkbox. (Defaults to your current Windows default printer. To change your Windows default printer, click the Printer button.)
  • Store image in . . . The following options are available from the drop-down list.
    • File/Email. Sends the selected items(s) to a PDF file that can be saved to you local or network drive, or sent via email as an attachment. (A subsequent dialog opens automatically for you to choose the folder location, email address, PDF file name, and additional options for the PDF file.)
    • FileCabinet CS. If you are a licensed user of FileCabinet CS and that software is installed on your machine, select this option to store a PDF image of the selected item(s) in your FileCabinet folder.
    • GoFileRoom. If your firm is a licensed user of GoFileRoom, select this option to send a PDF image of the selected item(s) to GoFileRoom.
