If you have difficulty applying software updates, try the following solutions.
- Verify that the update is for the version of Creative Solutions Accounting that you have installed. (To check version information, choose Help > About CSA.)
- Restart your computer and try applying updates with no other programs running.
- Delete and then reinstall the software updates.
If your computer is on a network:
- Make sure that no one else has CSA open while you are trying to apply updates.
- Try to apply updates from a different computer.
