If you have difficulty applying software updates, try the following solutions.

• Verify that the update is for the version of Creative Solutions Accounting that you have installed. (To check version information, choose Help > About CSA.)
• Restart your computer and try applying updates with no other programs running.
• Delete and then reinstall the software updates.

If your computer is on a network:

• Make sure that no one else has CSA open while you are trying to apply updates.
• Try to apply updates from a different computer.
