Deleting and reinstalling updates

Product support for the Creative Solutions Accounting platform ended on September 30, 2020.

Help & How-To Center content for the Creative Solutions Accounting platform may be outdated and is used at your own risk.

  1. Close CSA.
  2. Delete everything in the X:\WinCSI\CSA\updates folder.
  3. Start CSA and then start CS Connect.
  4. Verify that the Retrieve available updates checkbox is marked.
  5. Click the Call Now button to download the available software updates.
  6. When prompted, click the Yes button to apply the updates.
