Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

When one or more documents have already been created and saved using CSA's Transmittal Letter Editor, a special tab for client documents will appear in the File > Print dialog.

  1. Choose File > Print Reports.
  2. In the Print dialog, click the Documents tab.
  3. Double-click Client Documents. This moves the highlighted item to the Selected pane at the right.
  4. Click the Options button and then mark the checkbox for the invoice letter that you want to print. Click OK to return to the Print dialog.
  5. Your Windows default printer is automatically selected as the printer to use. To choose a different printer, click the Printer button.
  6. Click the Print button to begin printing. Actual data for the selected client will print in place of any variables that have been inserted into the transmittal letter form.
