To enable the client password feature in Creative Solutions Accounting, you need to set up a master password. Normally, this is done when installing the Creative Solutions Accounting licenses. The password may be up to eight characters in length and is not case sensitive.

If you did not set up a master password when you originally installed your CSA software, you can do so at any time from the Firm tab of the Setup > System Configuration > Administration dialog.

To change the master password, click the Modify button on the Firm tab of the Setup > System Configuration > Administration dialog. (You will need to know and enter the current master password to use this feature.)
