The Transmittal Letter Editor can handle full or block justification.

  1. Open the transmittal letter and highlight the paragraph (or paragraphs) to be justified.
  2. Choose Format > Paragraph, select the Justify option in the Alignment group box, and then click OK.

Tip: You can click the /_images/acct_pr/csa/full_justify.gif button on the toolbar to justify the selected paragraph(s).
