Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. We issue user bulletins (UBs) for several reasons:

The User Bulletins window opens automatically in CSA when you first start the program after installing the program files (from CD-ROM or via web download) or after using CS Connect to download and apply software updates. Note that you must have Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher to view or print user bulletins.

To view and print user bulletins

  1. Choose Help > Bulletins.
  2. At the top of the User Bulletins dialog, click the appropriate option.
    • Click the CD-ROM 20xx.x.x option to list the user bulletins issued with the latest CSA software installation or update.
    • Click the CSA prior releases option to list the user bulletins issued with earlier releases or updates of the software.
  3. To preview a user bulletin, highlight the bulletin in the list and it will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
  4. To print user bulletins, mark the checkboxes for the bulletins you want to print and then click the Print Selected Bulletins button.
