We issue User Bulletins for several reasons.

  • To accompany the initial release of the software if there are issues about which users should be informed.
  • To accompany software updates to inform users of changes made to the software and any other relevant issues.
  • To inform users of special issues regarding the software, such as a change to a government form or how users can work around an issue pending the release of updated software.

To view or print User Bulletins
The User Bulletins window opens automatically in CSA when you first start the program after installing the program files (via CD or web download) or after using CS Connect to download and apply software updates.

To open the User Bulletins dialog from the CSA main window, choose Help > Bulletins. Mark the checkboxes for the user bulletins you want to print and then click the Print Selected Bulletins button.
