Product support for Engagement CS is ending on September 30, 2020. See Engagement CS license expiration 2020 - frequently asked questions for more information.

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of Creative Solutions Accounting.

  1. With Engagement CS open, choose Setup > User Preferences.
  2. On the Engagement CS tab of the Engagement CS User Preferences Properties dialog, mark or unmark each of the options to suit your needs for all engagements.

    Note: The settings in this dialog are global settings for all engagements (not engagement-specific). For a network installation, each workstation can have its own individual settings.

  3. Click the File Locations tab to enter a path for the Office Master Client Data and the Field Master Client Data.
  4. Click OK to save the settings that you have selected, and close the Engagement CS User Preferences Properties dialog.
