Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

You can choose one of the following methods to open Engagement CS:

Notes

  • Engagement folder(s) for the current client appear in the Tree View window of the Engagement CS workspace (if engagements exist for the current client). Otherwise, you can choose File > Open Engagement Client to select and open an engagement client in Engagement CS.
  • Both the staff in charge and the individual staff members of the engagement team have Engagement CS installed on their workstations and/or laptops.
  • Both the staff in charge and the individual staff member(s) can use the Tree View window to organize the engagement folders, documents, and workpapers to suit their respective needs independently of one another.
  • Both the staff in charge and the individual staff member(s) can choose File > New Document or File > New Folder to insert into the current engagement.
