Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

Before opening your client in Engagement CS it is important to set up your client in CSA, and to set up your trial balance data for use in Engagement CS.

Note: You can also choose to enable multi-staff functionality in Engagement CS to allow more than one staff member to access the Master Client Data (MCD) at one time. (See Multi-staff functionality in Engagement CS - Overview.)
