Menu commands
Closes the current statement after prompting you to save, and opens a new, blank statement.
Closes the current statement after prompting you to save, and opens the Open Client Statement or Open Global Statement dialog.
Opens the Statement Properties dialog, where you may set the page orientation, margins, page layout, rounding, and border options for the currently selected statement.
Closes the current statement and prompts you to save.
Saves the statement using its current name. (If saving a new statement for the first time, the application prompts you to enter the file name.)
Saves the current statement under the new name that you specify.
Begins printing the current statement on your default printer as selected in File > Print reports.
Printing a statement
Opens a list of the four most recent statements that you have worked on. To resume your work quickly and easily, select a statement from the list to open in the Financial Statement Editor.
Prompts you to save the current statement, and then closes the Financial Statement Editor.
