To insert a logo or other image into the financial statement, you first need to verify that it is formatted as a Windows bitmap (*.bmp). Currently that is the only image format that the Financial Statement Editor can accommodate.

If you need to change the format of any images that you would like to insert, you must use one of the many image modification software packages available. For more specific information, see the help topics or other documentation available with that software.

  1. Place the cursor at the location in the statement where you would like to insert the bitmap.
  2. Choose Insert > Bitmap.
  3. In the Open dialog, navigate to the directory where your bitmaps are stored.
  4. Highlight the bitmap that you would like to insert and click Open.

Note: A bitmap may not be resized in the same manner as a chart. To resize a bitmap, you will have to use an image modification software package.
