Inserting rows or columns in a financial statement

  • To add a row at the bottom of the statement, click the /_images/acct_pr/csa/add-row.gif button on the toolbar or choose Edit > Add Row, select the appropriate row type in the Insert Row Type dialog, and click OK.
  • To add a column choose Edit > Add Column to add a column to the right of the last column in the worksheet.
  • To insert a row above the selected row, click the /_images/acct_pr/csa/insert-row.gif button on the toolbar, or choose Insert > Row. Select the appropriate row type in the Insert Row Type dialog and click OK.
  • To insert a column to the left of the column in which the cursor is currently located, choose Insert > Column.
