Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

There are two methods for previewing financial statements:

From the Financial Statement Editor: Choose File > Print Preview or click the Print Preview button on the toolbar.

From the CSA main window: Open the Financial Statement Print Options dialog, do the following:

  1. Choose File > Print Reports to open the Print dialog.
  2. Highlight Financial Reports in the Documents tab and click the Select button or double-click the item to move it to the Selected list pane.
  3. Click the Options button to open the Financial Statement Print Options dialog.
  4. Highlight the statement(s) that you want to print and click the Select button, or double-click the statement(s) to move the item(s) to the Selected pane in the Financial Statement Print Options dialog. Specify the print options on the bottom half of the dialog.
  5. Click the OK button to close the Financial Statement Print Options dialog.
  6. In the Print dialog, click the Preview button to preview the statement(s) along with any selected reports or other documents.

Note: The Print Preview window in the Financial Statement Editor does not support the Page Two option. If you have clicked the Page Two button in the Transmittal Letter Editor Print Preview window but this mode has not been turned off, a blank page will appear when the Print Preview window of the Financial Statement Editor is initially opened. Be sure to click the One page button in the Transmittal Letter Editor Print Preview window to clear the Page Two settings in the Financial Statement Editor.
