Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of Creative Solutions Accounting.

Using your internet browser, you can connect to the CS website directly from the CSA main window.

Choose On the Web from the CSA Help menu.

Note In addition to the commands listed above, the following commands are available from the Help > Additional Information menu in CSA.

  • General Support Information. Opens the Support page on our website. If prompted to provide your firm ID and zip code, you may locate your firm ID by looking on any statement, mailing label, or form regarding your CS Professional Suite software. The Support page includes links to many features, including Support hours, services for new users, and information about system requirements for CS Professional Suite applications, and much more.
  • Keyboard help.
  • Frequently Asked Questions.
  • Ask Support via E-mail. Points your web browser directly to a page in the CS website where you can create an email message to send to directly to staff of the CS Support department.
