When the reconciliation is complete and you advance to the next period, the application automatically saves a copy of the Bank Reconciliation Worksheet for future reference.
The application will automatically store up to 12 prior worksheets for each checkbook.
To view or print prior worksheets, open the Bank Reconciliation window and choose Edit > View Prior Worksheets.
