Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

  1. To change period end dates, choose File > Client Properties and click the General Ledger tab.
  2. Click the Edit period end dates button to open the Period End Dates dialog.
  3. You will only be able to edit period end dates for periods past the client's latest period in the current fiscal year. To change the period end date, click on the month, day, or year and either type in the date, or click the small up/down arrows to adjust the date. Click the large down arrow to display a calendar.
  4. When you are finished editing the period end dates, click the OK button to accept your changes and close the dialog.
