Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

For details, see CSA license expiration 2017 – frequently asked questions.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

The Arizona Payroll Tax module supports the following forms:

Choose Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing and then either click the AZ state flag icon on the shortcut bar or choose View > Arizona. Click the applicable form tag. (Arizona must be selected in the Payroll tab of the Client Properties dialog in order for the AZ flag to appear on the shortcut bar.)

Note: Payroll tax processing data is kept in separate files, so any changes made to the retrieved data will not carry back to your payroll data.

Special information

For each state that you will be processing for a client, you must first enter the two-character state postal code in the Payroll tab of the File > Client Properties dialog.

To have the application calculate SUTA amounts and the SUTA Worksheet report, the state field must be completed for the applicable state(s) for each employee - in the Other tab of the Setup > Employees window.

For Form A1-QRT, you must enter the correct Federal Income Tax amount for multi-state employees. The application retrieves all federal income tax withheld rather than the amount subject only to Arizona wages.
