Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. To modify the Description for an existing checkbook:

  1. Choose Setup > Checkbook.
  2. In the Checkbook Setup dialog, highlight the checkbook whose description you want to change.
  3. Right-click in a gray area of the dialog, and then choose Rename checkbook from the context menu.
  4. Enter the new checkbook name or description, which must be unique among all checkbooks that you will set up for this client.
  5. Click OK.
